Children from linguistic and cultural minorities are children with ethnic languages and cultural backgrounds other than Norwegian, Sami, Swedish, Danish or English. Immigrant children includes immigrants and Norwegian born to immigrant parents exclusive children from Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, Australia and New Zealand. 21 March 2023. One kindergarten has been added in Oslo See list over changes in regional classifications (in Norwegian).
