Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

Comprise transfers that include transfer of title to land and transfers of building sections registered as freehold. A few transfers may include more than one dwelling property unit. Dwelling properties without purchase price reported are not included. Figures for the 1st and the 2nd quarters of 2021 are provisional. We have discovered some errors in the statistics for the years 2015-2020. The error concerns the number of registered transfers of dwellings on owned site sold on the open market and donation. The error is corrected and the change is documented as soon as possible.
